Responsibilities:

• Define and implement online sales strategy and traffic optimization
• Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective digital marketing activities  and promotion to reach sales target
• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions
• Manage e-commerce quality control and quality assurance initiatives
• Work closely with various internal and external parties, including agency, marketing, graphic designers, system development team, 3PL etc
• Coordinate marketplace partnership and build relationship
• Prepare sales, traffic, promotion reports and competitor analysis regularly
• Ad hoc projects as required 
• Responsible for manage overall logistics, customer service, stock and dashboard of activities
• Explore new business channel

Requirements:

• Bachelor in e-Business/Digital Marketing / Communication or related disciplines;
• 2 years e-commerce working experience
• Experience in official online store or 3rd marketplaces platform (e.g. HBX, Lazada, TMALL, Amazon...) will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in Google Analytics will be definitely advantage
• High Adversity Quotient (AQ)
• Good fashion sense, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
• Occasional travel is required
• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, think out of the box and able to work fast-paced working environment
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior E-Commerce Executive
