Logistic Officer

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of shipment, import/export & L/C documentation independently,To perform logistic management function and coordinated shipments and delivery schedules with vendor, customers and forwards,
  • Handle customs clearance
• To perform warehouse management function including inventory management and shipment arrangement,
• Arrange and follow up shipment for empties & raw material from oversea to Zhuhai,
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendor for best shipping rate, schedule, and services,
• L/C issuance and amendment application, Marine cargo insurance declare and claims,
• Daily communication with overseas colleagues,

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in logistics or related discipline,
• 3 years relevant experiences in logistic operations,
• Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure, independent and self-motivated,
• Knowledge of SAP will be definitely an advantage,
• Proficiency in MS office applications (i.e. Excel, Words) and Chinese word processing,
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, & Mandarin,
• Travel to PRC and warehouse visit in New Territories is required.
