Senior Project Director 

Responsibilities:

• To manage, planning, coordinate all relevant project planning and construction activities
• To ensure safe and successful delivery of nominated projects of building and construction operations including scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance requirements
• To manage internal and external stakeholders and project teams
• To review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
• To prepare and present reports and papers for the relevant boards and committees 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Professional qualification, MHKIE, MICE, MIStructE or equivalent
• 20 years or above in the construction industry, with proven experience in project and construction management
• Proven experience in delivering complex projects in operating environment
• Proven experience with revitalizing heritage masonry buildings is preferred
• Experience in external stakeholder’s management
• A true team leader with good communication and influencing skills
