Job Description
What you will do
The person will work closely with the Project Manager to monitor and supervise project activities and make sure the projects are completed on time and within budget. Also, ensure site works are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.
How you will do it
- Work closely with the Project Manager in monitoring the project progression and ensure all works are in compliance with the contract
- Liaise with contractors on all project matters including project planning, co-ordination, progress monitoring etc.
- Keep track of material stocks and co-ordinate deployment of contractors' labour force
- Attend regular meetings with Project Managers and Contractors
What we look for
Required
- Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Over 8 years’ relevant work experience in
Water Supply and Fire Services Installations, of which 5 years' experience in site supervision
- Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A Category 2 Electrical Work
Preferred
- Good communications and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to supervise, lead and develop others
- Immediately available is an advantage
