Due to the business expansion, we are now seeking a Deputy Financial Controller in looking after the financial and account controlling functions, and reports directly to the CFO of the group.

Responsibilities

• Accountability and responsibility for the companies' financial and management accounting;
• Business process re-engineering to lead and further improve the business operations;
• Develop long range planning for financial controlling strategies and manage the communication and engagement of operational teams in both Hong Kong and China;
• Review and approve operational and month end financial and management reporting;
• Ensure the Governance, Internal Control and Rise Management are consistent and compliant across the board.

Required Qualification & Experience

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Qualified Accountant with CPA or equivalent;
• At least five (5) years of relevant financial experience as a finance or audit manager preferably form a sizable firms or Big 4.
• Ambitious to work in a fast paced, high growth company environment;
• Positive thinker with ability in influencing business stakeholders;
• Leadership is required to manage a team of financial professionals
• Willing to travel to China;
• Written and Verbal fluency in English & Chinese Mandarin are essential
• Short notice period is preferred
