Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of production line’s machine maintenance, improvement and major repair works across Hong Kong and China
• Provide on-site technical support, quality control and perform site inspection
• Handle and manage different projects based on the company development policy
• Supervise the projects.  Tasks include selecting supplier, budgeting, scheduling, etc., to ensure the project could be finished before deadline
• Liaison with Government Department such as BD, DSD, WSD, EPD, FSD, etc.
• Training of technicians
• Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduated in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• As least 10 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry or maintenance with at least 5 years managerial experience
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Excel, power point and AutoCAD
• Knowledge and experience in industrial control, PLC, SCADA and food manufacturing would be an advantage
• Travel to China is required
• Short notice period is highly preferred
