The appointee will be responsible for providing services in all human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, training and development as well as other HR projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience with knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Positive, eager to learn and assume responsibilities
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin an asset
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
