MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfil optimum efficiency of this position:

• Provide support on new product testing, demonstration and launching
• Handle technical support cases of new product which issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner
• Assist functional teams and customers with onboarding of company’s new products and also guide them through installation and updating issues as needed.;
• Design and perform in-house product test in mechanical and system aspect; Prepare test report and test result analysis
• Develop, deliver and monitor product related training programs
• Be responsible for preparing and updating product documentation in order to support product launch stage
• Work with manufacturer to implement and improve product quality and achieve quality goals; Identify patterns and contribute to product and system improvements.
• Work closely with software team on issues related to design and requirements for continuity of product development
• Conduct root-cause analysis and fault analysis of new product for formulating maintenance and improvement plan
• Work closely with global and SEA subsidiaries support teams for customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform any ad hoc supports as required from time to time; and undertake functions and responsibilities of the company as reasonably assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical /Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 years’ relevant experience in technical support or field application of product; Fresh graduate may be considered as junior technical engineer/ technical engineer trainee
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility for work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill and as a good team player
• Being multi-task and prioritize multiple support requests under time constraints and supervisor’s request
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with programming and software development is preferabl
• Experience in Project Management is an advantage
• Occasional Travel is required
