Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or Certificate in QS / Building Studies
- 1-3 working experience in related position is preferable.
- Work independently
- Knowledge in reading drawings, PC operation, MS-office, AutoCad, MS Project
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Candidate with lower qualification or less experience will be considered as an Assistant quantity surveyor.
Job Description
- Handle QS work such as payment application, valuation, cost analysis, final account settlement etc.
- Liaise between supplier(s) and subcontractor(s) for business issue
- Assist Project Manager in project related tasks
