Responsibilities for Senior Project Engineer:

• Liaison with client and factory on product requirement
• Prepare quotation for client approval
• Responsible to lead and handle multiple projects to enhance operating efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Participating in Client meetings and resolving Client, engineering and management project issues.
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
• Ensure the project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time
• Perform quality checking on various deliverables

Requirements for Senior Project Engineer:

• Diploma or above holder preferably in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience in toy development and sourcing. Preschool and girl toys is preferred. 
  
  
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal communication skills with strong leadership and analytical skills
• Strong mechanical design abilities, familiar with mould structure and production process
• Familiar with Toys safety standard
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and willing to take up new challenges
• Daily travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen/Dongguan Changan workshop, NO station in Shenshen/Dongguan is required
• 5 days work 

Responsibilities for Design Manager:

• Responsible for product analysis, trend research, concept creation, product design
• Participating in Client meetings and resolving Client, engineering and management project issues
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
• Responsible for concept development, prepare presentations, and monitor prototyping on quality and schedules
• Responsible for product design & product development from concept realization to final prototype construction
• Perform quality checking on various deliverables

Requirements for Design Manager:

• Diploma or above in Product Design or equivalent
• At least 8 years product design experience in Toys or baby item industry
• Enthusiast of problem solving and market trends
• Strong sense of 3D objects from 2D draft and vice versa
• Good presentation skills especially by hand sketch and rendering
• Basic engineering knowledge about mechanical, material and production
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Solidworks and Microsoft Office
• Capable to work independently on target schedules with self-discipline and time management skills
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Fluency of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.  Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Require to travel to Shenzhen/Dongguan Changan workshop
• 5 days work at Tsimshatsui office
