- Handle material sourcing, price negotiation with suppliers, issue PO, quality assurance and shipment follow up
- Work with Project Team closely
- Build and execute a purchasing plan to meet production schedule and requirements
- Preparing regular Purchasing Schedule
- Follow up orders from beginning to end independently
Requirements
- Diploma or above in construction/ engineering or business administration related disciplines
- 3 years' sourcing & marketing experience in building products
- Independent and self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English & Chinese (written & spoken) and Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Good team player with strong supplier & customer orientation
- Computer skill - MS Office including Chinese word processing is a must
- Fresh graduates with strong academic record will also be considered
