Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily store operational tasks, maintain store image and ensure merchandising of products is accordance to Company's standard and guidelines 
• Be in tune with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals
• Proactively supports and encourage any promotional activity within the store and contribute to an effective working environment
• Work closely with colleagues across the different departments to ensure smooth execution of the various
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of customer service and sales performance
• Directly supervises all team members to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• New store opening experience is a must
• Experience in Mainland China new store opening and management would be an advantage
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Strong people management skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal communication skills supported by a positive “can do” attitude
