We are hiring for an award-winning global property development integrated resort and entertainment group with their continuous expansion in Asia Pacific Region, they are looking for an all-rounded, analytical, and flexible Senior Project Executive to join their expanding team and take part in an array of projects.

Job Responsibilities 

• Act as a key contact person for the VP;
• Take part in a wide range of projects (from events, investor relations, CSR, listings/IPO, M&A, Awards, HR, Finance, etc.);
• Participate in business meetings, project coordination & negotiations, and follow-up;
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholder for business-related projects and issues from high-level government officials to investors;
• Provide executive administrative support to VP;
• Handle daily schedules, travel arrangements, conference meetings, agendas and minutes where necessary;
• Take up special ad-hoc projects as assigned by VP;

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Secretarial, or any related disciplines
• More than 5 years of related experience in any project management and supporting C-Level executives
• Strong all-rounded Project Management background
• Excellent communication in English (must)
• Adaptable, open, and able to take up multiple special ad-hoc projects at the same time
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently and deliver on time
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
