Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving Business and Technical Solution Projects
• Manage project budget and IT procurement
• Define project objective and scope, document current and future-state process, document risks and assumptions, and follow through entire development, testing and implementation processes
• Conduct detail project schedule and resource plan usingproject management tool
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project owners and other project stakeholders
• Coordinate with business user divisions to collect business requirement
• Present detailed architect solutions to clients/project stakeholders.
• Supervise systems studies, analysis and architecture design
• Review project deliverables (such as functional specifications, design document and test plans)
• Coordinate with other teams on activities with common systems impacts
• Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards
• Establish technical excellence and follow industry best practices

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT related projects, with 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in managing and developing large scale mission critical systems
• Experience in managing project with Agile approach
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehouse (DW), ETL Solution and big data platform
• Knowledge of Cloud-based solutions and architecture such as Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
• Willing to take challenge and strong eagerness in exploring new technology
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
