Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management in a leading role to support ERP operations and implement new IT solutions
  • Provide coordination and supervision on requirements collection, user acceptance testing (UAT), application rollout, day-to-day applications operation & support, system maintenance and system enhancements
  • Lead and execute IT systems implementation tasks which include vendor and contract management, quality management and communication management… etc.
  • Develop or review of project plans, test plans, design specifications and other project documentations
  • Leverage on IT solutions to re-engineer business process for continuous business improvement
  • Assist users to achieve their business strategies and objectives through IT solutions
  • Office base in Hong Kong and visit China offices when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Engineering, Business Study or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years of experience, with 3 years in managerial level, in IT consulting or solution development and implementation with proven track record in large scale development project
  • Previous experience in implementing IT solutions for real estate, asset management or property industry
  • Business-orientated with strong property management, leasing process, facility maintenance, accounting, budget and forecasting knowledge
  • Solid Experience on MS SQL database management skill
  • Solid Experience on report design tools such as PowerBI, crystal report, etc
  • Solid Experience on different programming languages: ASP.NET, C#/ VB.NET, VBA, etc
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and able to communicate effectively in both English and Cantonese with different level of users and vendors in resolving business problems.  Good communication in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Solid project management skills, preferably with PMP and/or Agile PM qualification

Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
