Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, direct and design company’s IT infrastructure as well as policies and procedures
• Create a well-informed private cloud strategy and manage the adaption process
• Lead a sizeable team to coordinate all aspects of IT infrastructure specific projects from pre-study to delivery
• Plan and remediate IT infrastructure risk, minimize threats and enhance IT infrastructure control methodology
• Work closely with decision makers in other business units to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Above 8 years of working experience in IT infrastructure technologies including Private Cloud, VM, Servers, Network and Data Storage/Backup with minimum 5 years in managerial positions
• Proficient in private cloud solutions and deployment as well as experience design and manage multiple data centers in different locations
• Strong infrastructure management background and demonstrated experience identifying support issues and recommending improvements
• Well aware China infrastructure and security policy
• IT management experience in factory plant in South-East Asia is an asset
• Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Station full time in China and willing to travel overseas
