In this role, you will provide corporate secretarial services and support to the Group’s businesses and overseas subsidiaries. You will support the Group development in corporate governance, maintain corporate records and internal databases, ensure compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as assist on ad hoc projects.

To be a successful candidate, you must be a University graduate or above in Legal or related disciplined as well as an Associate member of HKICS/ ICSA. A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in the company secretarial field is required. Previous experience in financial sector is ideal, but not essential. You must have good knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory framework governing financial services businesses. You must be a good team player, a self-starter and with ability to work independently and work under pressure. Excellent command of spoken and written English is required.
