Job Description:

 1. Person in charge of the design and development of the company's specific Internet product line system;

 2. Technically, it can independently complete the design, development and maintenance tasks of the product system; technically guide and supervise the whole team, conduct architecture training and technical support for developers, and solve technical problems. And check, analyze and optimize the business logic concept, system performance and scalability;

 3. Responsible for the research and exploration of new technology and technology accumulation, and technical verification of key technologies;

 4. We should have an in-depth understanding of the industry where the company is located, and have an accurate judgment of the industry's technology development trend and management status.

 5. Manage the establishment of technical specifications of the company. Develop technical standards and related processes;

 6. Plan and manage all projects and team members of the technology department, control the completion progress, service and production quality of all projects; make work plans, coordinate resources, assign work, supervise project progress, feedback information, etc.; organize, guide and monitor the progress and quality of the project in charge, and deal with problems in the process in a timely manner; be able to lead and motivate their own team to complete the project Tasks assigned by the division to achieve the company's technical management and performance objectives;

 7. Be responsible for cooperating with other departments of the company, supporting the development requirements proposed by business departments or company management, and putting forward reasonable suggestions.

 Job Requirements:

 1. Computer related professional background, more than 8 years of Java technology development experience, more than 3 years of R & D team management experience;

 2. Proficient in Java and other mainstream architecture and design patterns, capable of system architecture design, with high load, high concurrency, large data volume, distributed system development and design experience;

 3. Strong system analysis ability, with design and development experience of large shopping mall, supply chain, group buying platform, SaaS enterprise service platform and other products is preferred;

 4. Strong executive ability, sense of responsibility, able to work under great pressure;

 5. Strong team management ability, project management ability, team training ability.
