Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal IT infrastructure team for overall daily business applications
• In charge of the strategical planning, execution, monitoring and delivery phases of project deployment and implementation
• Take a leading role to identify any IT infrastructure related risks and limitations, ensure the potential risks and limitations are managed to minimize impact to daily operations
• Manage the project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget
• Keep track on the IT industry, explore any new information technologies and systems valuable to improve business processes
• Report to Managing Director regarding the project progress regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience in managing IT infrastructure with supervisory level is a must
• Solid experience in managing global network operation and maintenance is a must
• Proven experience in video streaming and network design project in China
• Strong knowledge on different infrastructure technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
