We are looking for a high caliber professional to join Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Centre of Excellence – Enterprise, Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

 Key responsibilities include the following:

• Partner with key business users and stakeholders in requirements collection and business process improvement analysis
• Coordinate with other business units in delivering application systems meeting users’ needs, enhance organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
• Business case development, feasibility study and resources planning for IT initiatives
• Drive and lead user requirement studies, system analysis and design, negotiation with and manage vendors and contractors in the process of system development, maintenance and support to meet the business requirement
• Identify and address risks, including adequacy of test plans and outcomes, with residual risk being understood and accepted by management
• Produce required documentation in various project stages
• Manage and lead internal and / or external resources to perform project implementations, continuous enhancements and support for enterprise applications and processes that include, but not limited to
  • Financial Accounting
  • Management Accounting
  • Legal Consolidation
  • Business Planning & Budget
  • Treasury
  • Governance, Risk Management and Compliance 

Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent
• At least 5 years' IT experience in implementing large-scale systems. Proven cloud-based solution implementation experience
• A self-driven individual with strong technical and problem-solving capabilities, yet possesses strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement would be an ideal candidate
• Strong demonstrated business analysis skills a must, experience in process optimization and automation an advantage
• Good presentation / documentation / report writing skill
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Innovative with good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
