Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business units to perform modifications on current internal data system, including automated design, development and UAT
- Work with upstream fintech and business teams to review business needs and drive business process improvement with current data solution and process
- Enhance current data management system to meet the reporting requirements and data request for business initiatives
- Ensure proper governance of data and an efficient data processing platform
- Identify appropriate and correct data sources to be used in different projects
- Perform data cleaning on current data management system
- Assist in the modification of internal credit model
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Decision Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL
- Experience in Tableau reporting and dashboarding is an advantage
- Experience in requirement gathering, user management, process analysis and modelling skills
- Good team player and communication skill
- Good command of English and Chinese
