Our client is a well-established IT company looking for a Engineer / Senior Engineer / Technical Analyst to join their IT Managed Services Team with details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Provide 1^st and 2^nd level support in Financial Services
• Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment
• Provide remote and on-site support from installation to maintenance and improving the technology environment 
• Keeping the client & team manager informed of the state of the environments
• Remain contactable via phone out of hours

Requirements:

• Secondary / Higher Diploma in Computing, IT, Engineering or equivalent discipline
• At least 2 years' experience in technology support
• Certifications would be an advantage (MCITP/MCSE)
