Our client is a well-established IT company looking for a Technology Manager to join their IT Managed Services Team with details as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Business Unit Head and managing a team of 15
• Manage a team of Technology Analyst, Engineer and career development within the team
• Maintain and implement service delivery processes to enable the team to provide best of class IT services to clients
• Working with the account management members within the team on providing solutions to fulfil client business needs

Requirements:  

• Bachelor or above in IT related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ experience in a technology support with 5 years and above in an IT team management role
• Solid experience in Microsoft desktop or server platforms and applications
• Solid experience in VMware virtualization platforms
• Strong understanding in network, security, storage, data back-up, VDI and Cloud technology
• Industry certifications would be an advantage (MCITP/MCSE)
• Trade floor or financial services IT experience would be an advantage but not critical
