We are looking to hire a Service Desk / Helpdesk Support for a leading Investment Group to support users in Asia Pacific countries. 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff;
• Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone, email, Skype chat etc.;
• Escalate unresolved issues / requests to the corresponding parties;
• Update all taken actions and information into ticket system in a timely manner;
• Provide Level 1 to Level 2 desktop support to end users
• Handle user questions, complaints and problems, tracking, measuring
• Responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining computers and peripheral equipment. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Desire to work in a team environment, willingness to improve and to learn
• Customer service orientation and/or prior customer service training
• Responsible, detailed-minded and well-organized
• Banking experience will be advantageous but not mandatory
• 3 years or above working experience in providing desktop support / helpdesk service to end users
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good experience with end-user, face to face support
