Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for server virtualization and cloud platform as well as all systems and infrastructure services ride on Windows and Linux servers;
• Responsible for System/application troubleshooting, setup, backup and administration of servers;
• Assist in specific projects to improve IT systems and meet business needs;
• Provide technical advice to development teams and computer operation team;
• Plan and perform hardware/software upgrades, patches update and system performance tuning.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange , VMWare, SAN Storage;
• Good knowledge in networking, IT Security, cloud;
• Sound knowledge of scripting for tasks automation;
• Holder of MCSE,CCNA, CCNP, LPI, CISSP certifications will be an advantage;
• Excellent in troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
