Job Summary:

• Oversee the infrastructure and computer operations needs for the company.
• Manage service providers to plan, design and implement network and infrastructure solutions, and support day to day infrastructure and computer operations tasks.
• Responsible for infrastructure project planning, coordination with business users and managing service providers for project implementation.  
• Govern the efficient infrastructure management and related provisioning/de-provisioning process.
• Closely monitor infrastructure support tasks, such hardware refreshment, power cycle, patch updating and etc
• Oversee the management and prioritization of service requests and hardware deployment to server platform and network perspective as per schedule and quality standard.
• Establish service level agreements with service providers and ensure service levels are met.
• Assist application development teams to liaise infrastructure requirements with service providers.
• Assist to maintain IT security standard and baseline pertaining to server platform and network related and provide on-going support to related audit & risk assessment.
• Review and recommend the infrastructure solutions to improve application performance and availability.
• Respond to infrastructure technical issues and security compliance in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 12 years of experience in supporting network and infrastructure for financial company, of which at least 4 years in a manager role.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure networking, server platform, database, storage, backup and infrastructure security
• Solid experience in rolling out central IT infrastructure solutions, such as network routing & switching, and WiFi solutions.
• Solid experience of managing vendor’s delivery, service level review and collaboration.
• Strong leadership, project management, people management, vendor management, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to transfer the knowledge gained throughout various parts of the organization
• Able to analyse requirements, risks and issues and can prioritise requirements based on priority and benefits
• Must be able to adapt to change, work well under pressure and be open to new ideas
• Previous experience in leading a small team
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
