Responsibilities

• Involve in end-to-end procurement cycle include sourcing, evaluation and negotiation with suppliers on purchasing demands; carry out each of the processes independently on various RFx with valid sourcing approaches and contract management
• Develop and execute sourcing strategy to achieve business results and support client success
• Perform market research to maintain sound knowledge of industry trend, willing to learn and apply technology in routine transaction to drive continuously cost reduction
• Participate in supplier base development and optimization, performance monitoring and problem solving
• Act as a strong individual contributor to achieve assigned organization key performance matrices

Expectation and Skills Required

• A Bachelor’s Degree holder from Business/Finance or related discipline
• 1-2 years of procurement experience, fresh graduates with proactive learning attitude welcome
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
• Ability to work with a high level of integrity is a MUST
• Good learning agility and adaptable to changes
• A good team player with excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Knowledge in Agile Practice will be a bonus, but not mandatory
