ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for taking lead on various projects implementation
• Managing internal resources and coordinating external vendors on delivery
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Performing quality measurement to ensure supplies and delivery meeting requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of language usage
• Capacity to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
• Leadership and resource planning skill
• Big-picture thinking and vision
• Attention to detail
• 5 years or above in IT industry with solid experience in IT project implementation
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline
• Knowledge in Telecom and Container technology will be a big advantage
