Job Description
Essential Duties
- Strong hands on work on coding, configuration, testing and maintenance of the Pega PRPC architecture and other Pega related frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirement and implement it accordingly.
- Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by Technical Lead to ensure work in delivered on-time and on-budget.
- Strong on reverse engineering on Pega programming, technical impact and implementation analysis for new enhancement/system upgrade
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, takes action to deal with exceptions, problems and unforeseen events in a timely manner
- Work with Customers and internal teams to understand requirements and come up with best technical solution
- Design and support data migration of legacy data to the new application
- Board experience in the Pega rules-based architecture to configure and test applications functionality in process flow, UI screens, automated decisions and properties.
- Architect in the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities
- Create functional, technical & solution design specification documents
- Aware of and aligns to gaming regulatory and mandate regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree Bachelor in Software Engineering / Computer Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of related experience, at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Knowledgeable on Casino, Marketing and Hotel operations is a plus
- Experience in all aspects of SDLC and Pega frameworks like Customer Service/sales Automation, marketing and Pega Mobile
- Working experience in Java J2EE, relational database (MS SQL), Agile, DevOps, JBOSS application server, HTML, CSS, XML, Tibco EMS, JMS, REST / SOAP web services / API integration
- Experience in Pega Marketing development, configuration and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to Macau, Hong Kong or Zhuhai (Mainland China) as required
- Other duties as assigned
