Our client is a Hong Kong based Company with over 10,000 employees. They are currently looking to hire Senior Business Analyst/Lead Business Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting and progressive opportunity within the IT field. 

The Position entails: 

• Perform requirements collection, analysis and understanding of SDLC
• Performing Gap Analysis for system infrastructure with the new business requirements
• Lead and facilitate the discussion and negotiation of requirements amongst stakeholders

Requirements of the Candidate: 

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields 
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in business process analysis, business requirements, and business analysis
• Previous experience in Data Analytics or Machine Learning projects
• Have experience in leading the SDLC process and the ability to extract business process flows and while working with the quality assurance teams to get requirements
• Experience in SDLC Methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
