Mission

This role will be a 9-month contract role.

As IT Project Manager, you are responsible for laying a solid foundation for our team and business to grow in a market with great potentials and sustainable environmental causes.

During your contract period, you will define and set up the IT infrastructure, tools, followed by IT support services and policies, for our business functions and recycling production lines located in Eco Park, Tuen Mun.

Main Responsibilities

• Define user requirements and operational objectives by working closely with various internal teams in order to understand their business needs and proactively come up with practical and cost-efficient set up and/or solutions
• Determine output requirements and formats; define project milestones; and conceive an actionable plan to deliver them on-time and on-budget
• Interface and engage stakeholders across various levels and vendors to ensure successful and timely completion of the project
• Monitor and flag timely any risks, bottlenecks or issues to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
• Project Sign-off Requirements:

o   Analyse and consolidate user requirements from various business departments, ranging from standard supporting functions (finance, HR, etc.), sales, marketing to manufacturing management systems 

o   Source and plan the set-up of IT infrastructures, including but not limited to servers, storage, middleware, database, business software/applications, hardware, etc.

o   Configure and administrate IT hardware, software and/or workflow implementation

o   Own the IT aspects of new office set up (both temporary office and production site plus permanent office in Eco Park, Tuen Mun)

o   Define and establish IT service standards, policies and procedures to ensure IT operational stability, security and compliance in the business going forward 

o   Create documentation of processes, vendor agreements, necessary check-in needed beyond contract period, etc.

o   Recruit and train your successor in order to hand over smoothly to the operational team

Requirements 

• Min. 8 years of experiences in IT project management and delivery, preferable for new business set up
• Proven capability to lead projects and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure successful deliverables
• Possess relevant certifications in the ITIL framework, Project Management, IT Information Security and / or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with proactivity in communicating with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from large amounts of data.
• Prominent sense of ownership, combined with a logical and methodical approach in problem-solving
• Mature and able to manage change and complexity with confidence
• Fluent English and Chinese (verbal: Cantonese)
