Job duties and responsibilities:

ð  Provide technical pre-sales and sales support to the account teams throughout the sales cycle.

ð  Act as the principal liaison with other parts of the organization regarding technical solutions associated with an opportunity.

ð  Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.

ð  Prepare and present presentations for their assigned product/subject area at industry meetings and trade shows

ð  Drives customer /market requirements back to product management, influences product investment plans and roadmaps.

ð  Coordinates and responding to tender bids, RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.

ð  Sourcing third party hardware and software.

Qualifications and requirements:

ð  Bachelor’s Degree required; Telecom / Computer Science or similar discipline preferred.

ð  Direct experience (At least 3-5 years) in consulting / implementation to telecom customers in areas such as Systems Integration and B/OSS Solutions.

ð  Hands on experience in telecom (mobile & fixed line) IT core network, software solutions and network operations/management is an added advantage.

ð  Strong technical understanding of the marketplace and underlying customer processes. A plus would be experience in a similar position in Pre-Sales.

ð  Proven ability to think creatively to drive new business development and sales opportunities.

ð  Highly effective communicator. Written and verbal communication and presentation skills are superior. 

ð  Quick on feet and self-starter. A team player, strong influence and relationship management skill.

ð  Passionate about success and winning. High degree of credibility, expertise, confidence and integrity.
