Responsibilities: 

• Perform business analysis and design. Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation.
• Assist project manager in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and project management office (PMO) methodologies.
• Collect, analyze and document business requirements and communicating with users, IT or vendor for the system.
• Assist in the re-engineering, improvement or replacement of business processes and associated technology.
• Take ownership of project issues and engage the appropriate resources to reach solution.
• Prepare test plan, test script and perform testing.
• Coordinate with users or IT to perform testing to ensure system deliverables are in good quality and within time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience within the realm of product management or equivalent consultant experience.
• Natural entrepreneurial qualities to make things happen given project ambiguity and dependencies on other parties.
• Understanding of IT architecture, integration and design is preferred.
• Able to demonstrate creativity, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst.
