Job Duties:

• Provide general technical support for company
• Troubleshoot application software, system software, hardware and network problems
• Administrate LAN, WAN, active directory, DNS, email, websites and application servers 
• Perform system installation, configuration, evaluation, backup and recovery, routine monitoring, health check and performance tuning
• Act as link between end users and external IT support/vendors
• Manage sub-contractors
• Institute protocols for use of IT across departments
• Provide technical support for IT projects and purchases
• Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware/network & software licenses
• Conduct end user training
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years solid working experience in network and security management, Windows server administration and system support
• Good IT knowledge and familiar with IT terminology
• Practical experience in firewall, router, switch, active directory, Windows server, SQL server, Exchange, server and desktop virtualization
• Good knowledge of programming & networking is preferable
• Experience in Office365, AWS, LINUX and MySQL is a plus
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills
• Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
