Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Investment Policy and Mandate based on insurance product mixes, regulations, risk appetite and return requirement
• Develop investment strategies for new insurance products
• Develop investment performance analysis reports to improve investment performance on risk adjusted basis
• Prepare risk and performance analysis and present to internal stakeholders, such as Investment Committee, board, and other departments
• Work with actuarial, finance and risk to manage market risk and capital
• Work with other departments to develop hedging strategies to hedge interest risk and equity risk

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Investment, Actuarial or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of related experience in financial industry, preferably in investment management function of an insurance company
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
• Actuarial knowledge or experience is a plus
• Experience at public consulting firm is a plus
• Experience with Macau regulation and insurance products is a plus
