Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist the Department Head to implement the business strategy and develop new business via broker/agent
- Monitor the performance of existing sources and achieve our target on renewal business
- Assist the Department Head to manage the operation of SME Team and achieve business target on profit and growth
Requirements:
- University graduate or professional qualification in Insurance
- At least 8 year of experience in General Insurance (Underwriting / Marketing ), familiar with local insurance agent and broker is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office(Formulas, Pivot charts, Graphs), P&C knowledge and project management would be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
