Darton Group a global supply chain specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Marketplace Sales and Operations Manager.

University graduates preferably in Marketing/Communications/Business or with a proven track record and relevant experience.

Experience required

• Experience in selling via Amazon and other marketplaces a must
• Experience in managing and operating Marketplaces / Ebay listings and day to day online retail operations and marketing
• Experience in managing a small team (max 2-3 people) with internal stakeholders to achieve defined targets & objectives.

Skillset

• Excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English
• Advanced execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and detail orientation
• Ability to deliver tangible results whilst working in a challenging and ever-changing environment
• Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables
• Team player
• Passionate about products
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities 

• Reporting to the Group Sales Manager
• Responsible for developing Marketplaces to meet growth and profitability targets
• Manage product listings, pricing and conduct competitive offerings analysis
• Manage workload liaising with different functions/departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction
• Manage communications with customers and order processing cycle
