Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and clerical support to the department including:
    • Document screening, scanning, filing and distribution
    • Data input, doing system UAT (User Acceptance Test) 
  • To handle ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 level or above, preferably with qualifications of IIQE Paper I, III, V
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience is advantage
  • Experience in handling life insurance operation projects is highly preferred 
  • With good telephone manner, patient and careful in handling daily operations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
