Responsibilities

-       At corporate level, oversees organizational Environmental, Health and Safety as well as Energy Saving and Facilities Departments.

-       Ensures that environmental policy and procedures are available and accessible at all times across the company.

-       Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps update of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.

-       Ensures improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.

-       Creates and establish EHS strategies and specific objectives at corporate level and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the to achieving these objectives.

-       Responsible for the company's EHS risk assessment/management and crisis assessment/management, and drives the company's strategies in Emergency Response plans and Business Continuity plans;

-       EHS management of contractors and suppliers;

-       Establish communication and coordination with local EHS departments/authorities, as well as industrial health and other departments to ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations and address the concerns of local government regulatory bodies;

Requirements

-       Bachelor's degree or above in safety, civil engineering, or related disciplines.

-       At least of 5+ years of work experience in similar position.

-       In-Depth knowledge of EHS and solid track record in managing EHS functions within a large organization

-       Ability in EHS management planning and execution, as well as EHS internal and external audit experience;

-       Good command of Chinese and English.

-       Reports to group CEO.
