This  mobile application can be installed on mobile devices that operate on the Android OS or Apple iOS systems. KINTIPS is a trading platform for horse racing tips in Hong Kong designed for information providers (horse racing tipsters) and subscribers to share information via its website or mobile application.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management and manage with a small operation team to plan, formulate and execute digital/brand marketing campaigns through both offline and online channels
• Manage existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and profit growth
• Achieve monthly sales target by exploring and developing business opportunities across various industries and broaden existing business base
• Build and maintain good and long-term relationship with customers and promote value added business to existing clients
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage and follow up with customers of all sales activities and prepare various sales reports
• Manage brand awareness and web presence among the online communities such as SEO, SEM, Instagram, WeChat, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, forums and other social media channels
• Copy-writing for corporate collaterals, newsletters, websites, press releases and promotional materials

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Knowledge on horse racing, soccer matches / games has an advantage
• At least 5 years solid experience in communications, graphic design or digital marketing, experience in web development and online marketing will be an asset
• Solid experience in sales and marketing management is highly preferable
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proactive, independent, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creative thinking, aggressive, outgoing, responsive to change and self-discipline
• Able to work in a dynamic and multicultural working environment
• A strategic thinker and problem solver with strong analytical, multitasking and prioritization skills
• To handle promotions for product launch and enhancement 
• Immediate available is preferable
