Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vehicle operation and routine management (mainly in Taxi management, partially in China-HK Cross Border License Plate)
  管理車隊日常運作（主要為的士管理，其次為中港牌車輛）
  
  
• Arrange and monitor the roaster of taxi driver and ensure the rent is paid on time
  安排及監察的士租務
  
  
•  Negotiate with drivers, motor repair center and other external parties to ensure the smoothness of vehicle operations
  與司機、車房及其他合作伙伴保持溝通及進行博弈，以確保車隊日常運作暢順
  
  
• Maintain and enrich vehicle business partner relationship in order to expand vehicle team
  維繫與合作伙伴之良好合作關係，以擴大公司車隊
  
  
• Assist in basic IT support
  基本電腦支援
  
  

 Requirements:   

• Driving License with solid driving experiences is a must
  香港必需持有正式駕駛執照
  
  
• At least 2 year experiences in the scope of vehicle management
  最少兩年汽車管理相關經驗
  
  
• Experience on handling insurance claims and traffic accident related document is highly preferred
  如有汽車保險索償或交通意外文書處理經驗者，優先考慮
  
  
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel, basic knowledge of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese
  基本電腦文書處理、基本中英文書寫及溝通
  
  
• Passionate about vehicle and driving
  熱愛汽車及駕駛
  
  
• Reliable, presentable, attention to details and able to work overtime and under pressure
• 誠實可靠、具良好表達能力、細心、願意接受挑戰及超時工作
  
  
• Occasional travel to China (Guangdong Province) may be required for handling the vehicle operation of China-HK Cross Border License Plate
  間中需要前往中國內地（廣東省地區）工作，以處理有關中港牌車輛運作

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
