Responsibilities:

Report to Sr. Vice President directly

• Accountable for maximizing the quality assurance, productivity and efficiency of manufacturing process to drive the quality improvement, production lead time reduction and cost saving
• Implement the TQM standards and Lean Manufacturing processes into our daily operations to enhance productivity
• Enhance factories’ competitiveness to achieve remarkable sales growth
• Formulate action plan to implement the Quality Control Policy and procedure for factory
• Lead the QA team and team of Compliance Audit to maintain professional services
• Familiarized with the ISO standards, process improvement, analyzing information, strategic planning and quality engineering
• Manage customer complaints and conduct failure analysis to provide corrective action plan and monitoring procedure
• Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development
• Provide recommendation of order placement from QA perspective
• Provide training to internal staff and monitor the performance of QA/QC staff

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in quality management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience of which 10 years in senior managerial level. In-depth knowledge of quality improvement methods and quality standards. Applicants with good understanding of production process of manufacturing, with printing knowledge is an definite asset
• Ability to be self-driven & present result-oriented attributes, strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to delivering professional quality results
• A good team leader with ability to motivate and manage the team
• Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
• Station in our Shenzhen factory
