We are a fast-growing company for design and ODM manufacturing of household electronic appliances, healthcare, and medical device for silver market. Our group is looking for 2-3 Senior/ Mechanical Engineers to meet the business demand. 

The role is responsible for:

•  3D Modelling of design concepts into working solutions
•  Prepare production of manufacturing and engineering drawings for parts and assemblies
•  Specification of material requirements based on design parameters
•  Collaborate with external stakeholders
•  Prepare related technical document, conducts analysis of engineering design to meet product and manufacturing requirements
•  Support the technical transfer design by R&D to production team and help solving production problem during NPI
•  Able to troubleshoot, conduct root causes analysis and problem solving process

Personal requirements:

•  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar 
•  3 years minimum working in a design engineer role
•  Strong in molding processes, plastic mold and metal tools
•  Practical skills in Unigraphics / Solidworks
•  Knowledge of manufacturing processes including metal forming, injection  molding, die-casting and assembly etc.
•  Experience in consumer products as beverage, health care, medical product or any other commercial products
•  Participate in Design Reviews, DFM and FMEA analysis
•  Experienced working cross-functionally with industrial design and product marketing specialists 
•  Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•  Able to work independently

Based in HK and occasional oversea travelling is required
