Deputy General Manager (Station in India)

• Diploma or above in Manufacturing Engineering or relative area
• Min. 15 years solid experience in toy business(both plastic & electronic toys)
• Min. 7 years experience in management level of sizable toy factories / companies
• Min. 7 years in dealing the manufacturing / engineering & quality issues with repute OEM toy companies. (no more than 5 years removed from such experience)
• Professional knowledge in plastic toy products manufacturing processes (with good understanding of routine mnaufacturing management), production planning, store operations and specially in toy products, QA requirement and quality control 
• Fluent English
• Station in India (4-5 breaks back to HK every year, negotiable)
• Good health, able to adapt different environment and culture
• Candidate with less experiences or qualification may be considered as Engineering/QA Manager
