Job Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in all activities associated with customer requirements, including but not limit to product specifications, process control performance, quality system adherence and customer enquiries and issues
• Lead the quality team and related parties for continuous quality improvement in all aspects including product performance, process control, and quality system enhancement, etc., to drive for efficiency and productivity for uplifting company's business performance
• Be the Company's Quality Management Representative (QMR) to drive the regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (i.e. regulatory requirements surrounding ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001)
• Direct, train, develop and encourage the company personnel to improve quality attitude, skills and competency level, set up quality metrics management systems to tackle and resolve quality issues in an efficiency and effective manner
• Set up effective communication system and quality reporting system to broadcast quality performance to identify quality deficiency for continuous total quality improvement

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical/Quality Engineering
• 10 years working quality experiences in mechanical manufacturing industry, familiar in CNC/Stamping process is essential with at least 5 years experiences in managerial role
• Understand the production process, characteristic and performance requirements
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 quality system, etc., industry standard
• Master the quality control methods and tools, such as quality 7 tools, MSA/ APQP/ FMEA/ SPC/ PPAP.
• Good communication skill, proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese is advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Frequent travel is required
