Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Quality data system and reports, including,
  - Monthly updates of vendor quality performance report
  - Monthly update of PO summary for schedule planning
  - Converting 3rd party report to LE report version
  
  
• Monitoring Vendor factory evaluation/assessments,progress & summary
   
  
• Supporting the update of SOPs
   
  
• Compiling Vendor QA certification program update, status progress  
   
  
• Maintain daily communication/support with field quality team. Inspection booking and activities
   
  
• Compiling Daily report of inspection feedbacks. Weekly report of inspection booking, team's schedule, quality highlights
   
  
• Summmarizing QA and DC inspection update, tracking corrective action plan from vendor
   
  
• Coordinate team activities across teammates
   
  
• Admin and system support to the quality and tech team
   
  
• Update of team's expenditure summary, actual vs budget
   
  
• Maintaining reports/documents in company Sharepoint
   
  

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Familiar with Quality Assurance procedure and process
• Exhibit effective communication skills
• Ability to work and interact with others
• Good command in spoken and written English
• PC skills essential, advance in excel and other MS office applications
• Able to work independently
