Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build all strategic and tactical Consumer Healthcare Commercial Strategy in Asia
- Drive monthly, quarterly and yearly sales to achieve financial objectives.
- Execute ATL & BTL brand building strategies & promotion plans to drive market shares & achieve sales target for the assigned brands
- Lead and implement CHC strategy in partnership with Sales (Key Account Managers) & Marketing (Brand Managers) teams to maximize sales through distribution network
- Manage budget and operational costs. Assist P&L planning and monitoring of assigned brands.
- Liaise with key accounts buyer and marketing team to plan and execute various promotion programs
- Work closely with external sales team to execute various in-store promotion campaign at independent pharmacy / key Chain channel
- Work with business development team and identify new business opportunities, prepare business development plan for consumer healthcare products in Asia
- Prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, marketing materials and monitoring sales lead and responses
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or business related discipline
- At least 10-15 years of proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably from Consumer Health or FMCG industry.
- Excellent at communication, presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense
- Be analytical, proactive, outgoing, & independent
- Able to work with multiple functional teams and multi-tasking
- Willing to work under pressure & face new challenges under dynamic working environment
- Previous experience in Consumer Healthcare Product management is a must
- Previous Asia exposure is an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
