Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Asia Pacific distributors' business development and P&L of distributors market
• Achieve business goals and formulate strategic plans to meet sales targets
• Account management, manage sales and marketing budgets with the Brand Manager
• Develop new customers, further develop and identify new market opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with partners for maximizing sales potential on various distribution platforms
• Responsible for the negotiation of distributorship agreements
• Liaise with internal parties and distributors to provide support to the regional sales & marketing activities
• Work closely with Brand Manager for distributor's local sales and marketing strategies to ensure brand synergy and corporate guidelines are met
• Report on regional sales trends, competitor’s analysis, market research and analysis
• Work closely with the team on order intake, order fulfilment process, etc., price setting, and improve profit margin

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Business Development / Marketing or related discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experiences in retail business management with multiple international brands
• Excellent in stakeholder management, decision making and change management
• Strong Leadership, Relationship Management & Result Driven
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
