Job Description

As Program Coordinator, you are responsible for the preparation and day-to-day execution of loyalty programs in APAC. Together with the Program Manager, you work closely with our customers (retailers) and suppliers to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout a smooth implementation and rolling out of a successful Loyalty action. 

 

Key responsibilities & tasks:

You are responsible for a wide variety of operational tasks before, during and after the program:

Before the program

  • You organize and follow up on marketing activation (within deadlines),
  • You make sure all customer data is correct and all registration obligations are met
  • You are the first point of contact with the retailer for all day to day business
  • You liaise between the logistic department of the retailer and our supply chain management.

During the program

  • You follow up on questions of retailer/customers/suppliers
  • You work on additional marketing activation if needed together with the Program Manager
  • You manage and execute store visits
  • You follow up on our Customer Service and initiate actions if necessary
  • You keep track of orders and invoices
  • You are the first point of contact with the retailer for all day to day business

After the program

  • You help on the inventory of unsold goods
  • You make sure unsold goods are repacked and checked for future programs.

 

Competences:

  • Strong sense of customer focus: as a program coordinator, you have to collaborate intensively with our customers to make the programs successful. A delighted customer and excellent service is at the core of what we do. Additionally, you are in charge of customer service, so you will be in contact with end-customers, happy ones and not so happy ones.
  • Very accurate and detail oriented: since you are responsible for the correct (logistic) data throughout the program, the follow up on orders and invoices a strong focus on correctness of information is crucial.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • 2 to 5 years work experience in Sales Coordination. Experience is consumer products industry is highly valuable.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Knowledge of any other language(s) is an asset.
