Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small Sales & Marketing team to formulate and implement sales strategies to increase market share of a Medical Centre with clinical, dental and aesthetics services
• Maintain a strong relationship with medical professionals, insurance companies and banks
• Propose value-add offerings and business solutions to medical professional and business partners
• Arrange business meetings with medical professionals and prospective parties
• Develop and implement various promotional campaigns for the medical centre
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis report

Requirements:

• University graduate in Sales & Marketing or Medical or Healthcare related disciplines
• At least 3 - 5 years solid sales & marketing experience in medical and healthcare industry
• A strong network in medical, doctor sector and insurance agents is highly preferred
• Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skill
• Task oriented with analytical mind set
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
